mean while the progress of my usecase 2 is good, it is about VDI. the use case is for an FSI personal to continue working no matter where he is by connecting his desktop to the cloud, and he may only need to work with one device which is his phone or desktop. at the back end the administrator can also control how many virtual machines to create and who to assign the VM to.
there is one interesting thing i encounter, it is TTL expired in transit, with this error i cannot access the web server to create online survey form. was task to solve this problem as i was the one who discover it, it affect the survey web server and korean side so i must solve it asap. spend about 1 and half day doing research and finally found the problem, a vlan is missing from a switch, i have no idea why the vlan is missing as it was there the whole time.
as time goes by, i was starting to support some easy customer session when the engineer is busy.
done some simple demo like single number reach, dual mode. there are time where Cisco cius is down during demo, problem like can't connect to Vmview, can't call when it leave the docking station. these problem some time occur when other engineer borrow the cius for demo and never set the configuration back.
i have did a update for a Vcenter server to version 4.1, it is to enable USB device. after the update i have done a setup for adding a DMP to the CTS500. took me more than half a day, as i need to know how to enable audio from the CTS500 codec.
