Already mentioned many times, you are not near to teach linux or learn linux, you are expected to know the bases which you learned in year 1 and 2. So introduction is done wrongly. The goals and mission are also wrong.

Again, you are not here to teach itilv3 and pmp as well. your focus and objective is wrong. This is very disappointing. Somemore Phase 1 is not done by your team, why put it there?

Apart from using computer to draw out the network diagram i do for you, i dont see any real work done on your part too.

Where are the screenshots of the demo which you have promised for the last 2 weeks?

And where is the roles and responsibility chart? And please show the individual work done by each of you?

  2. And most importantly, you must show what you have done, planning to do and state very clear what each one of you is doing. Whatever you need to understand should already been done on week 1.

Somemore, project initiation should always come before project planning. Thought you have place those thick pmp books on your lab to show you know? or is this a joke?

What about project implementation? Its the most important part! and its missing out from your project shedule! how about project control and project closure?

  3. I suggest you think seriously and professionally about your project mission, objectives and goals.
